Navia Co-working Space

Navia residential community is the largest urban regeneration project in the northwest of the country, the construction and development of which is estimated to take a long time, considering the large scale of the project. “Navia Coworking Space” is a proposal for the creative exploitation of the project’s spatial potential in this period. The creative and targeted program and the use of prefabricated architectural structure are among the key elements that have been considered in the design process of this project. The selection of prefabricated container modules for this project has been done considering important features such as reducing the total cost and construction time, portability, and reusability (repeated and multiple uses of materials, resources, and available spaces), which are harmonious with the main idea of the project.
